You are already perfect. You don’t need confirmation of your value or deserve anything.
Often it gets forgotten and we loose yourself in the matrix of everyday hustle where we’re told how, what and when we supposed to do, feel, have.
Stay opened and receptive and you’ll experience endless happiness. Without doubt deep in your hears you know what is best for you (I don’t mean the “hey I like fries so I will heave them every single day, I know I really like them”) and how you want to live. But you won’t hear any of your soul voices unless you cut off the noise. The digital noise, food noise, human noise. When you turn inwards and slow down your pace you will most likely don’t know what to do. It’s ok, completely ok. No need to know everything at once.
There is a book called “The things you can see only when you slow down” by Haemin Sunim treating about how to stay calm in a busy world. Cause lets be honest not everybody dream about locking themselves in monastery, ashram or go and live in the mountains (seriously!) to slow down and figure out their truth. Grab this book if you don’t know where to start.
“When your mind is joyful and compassionate, the world is too. When your mind is filled with negative thoughts, the world appears negative too. When you feel overwhelmed and busy, remember you are not powerless. When your mind rests, the world also rests.”
Nature is a great teacher. Trees, flowers, little creatures – it all needs time to develop. Next time you go for a walk rest your eyes on the green bed of grass and look. just be an observer without any kind of interaction. The magic happens in front of you.
