This is the best ever chocolate desert. Ever!
Light, rich in flavor and super healthy and nutritious!
What you need is:
2 ripe avocados
3 ripe bananas
3 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons carob powder
pinch of good salt, I used hibiscus salt
fresh or frozen fruits to serve
How to: Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Puree for about 30 seconds or until it reaches a mousse-like consistency. Scoop into glasses or small coffee cups and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Serve topped with fresh berries.
